Lead vision, strategy and roadmap for Zip's mobile and web customer experience. Manage a team of Product Managers, partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI and Marketing, champion AI-enabled personalization, drive experimentation and analytics to improve engagement, retention and customer lifetime value, and deliver cohesive, secure, scalable digital experiences.

Lead and develop engineering teams owning Zip's checkout platforms, APIs, SDKs and integrations. Drive technical strategy, delivery, architecture, resilience, security and use of AI to improve productivity while partnering with Product, Design and Commercial to increase merchant onboarding and customer conversion.

Lead end-to-end product design across multiple domains at Zip, creating high-fidelity visual designs, complex interaction models and rapid prototypes. Influence product strategy using customer research and insights, mentor designers, evolve design systems and accessibility standards, and explore AI-enabled experiences to deliver intuitive, human-centred fintech products.
