Lead Compliance Advisory across Australia and New Zealand, owning regulatory compliance framework, governance, monitoring and reporting. Provide strategic, commercial compliance advice to senior leaders, build regulator relationships, design practical controls, drive continuous improvement and lead a high-performing team to embed compliance across the business.

Lead and develop engineering teams owning Zip's checkout platforms, APIs, SDKs and integrations. Drive technical strategy, delivery, architecture, resilience, security and use of AI to improve productivity while partnering with Product, Design and Commercial to increase merchant onboarding and customer conversion.
