Implement and configure Zip integrations across customer ERP, ticketing, procurement, CLM, and TPRM systems. Design integration architecture, validate API requirements, build and test integrations using Zip’s iPaaS, troubleshoot errors, document solutions, estimate timelines, report project status, and advise customers. The role also partners with product and engineering teams to improve technical processes and product capabilities while translating complex technical information for varied audiences.

Lead customer onboarding and end-to-end implementation of Zip’s enterprise procurement platform. Configure customer processes, manage requirements and projects across multiple implementations, deliver training and Q&A sessions, collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests, and improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value.
