Teams at Zip

Lead customer onboarding and end-to-end implementation of Zip’s procurement platform. Configure customer workflows, gather requirements, manage implementation tasks, train stakeholders, conduct Q&A sessions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests. The role also improves post-sales processes, accelerates customer time to value, and requires experience administering or implementing finance and procurement ERP systems.

Implement and configure Zip integrations across customer ERP, ticketing, procurement, CLM, and TPRM systems. Design integration architecture, validate API requirements, build and test integrations using Zip’s iPaaS, troubleshoot errors, document solutions, estimate timelines, report project status, and advise customers. The role also partners with product and engineering teams to improve technical processes and product capabilities while translating complex technical information for varied audiences.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise customers, configuring procurement processes, delivering training, managing requirements and projects, and coordinating solutions consultants.
