Marketing Graduate

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced proffesionals to deliver marketing and experience solutions for Datacom’s clients—from campaign execution to content optimisation and social engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply what you’ve learned and gain exposure to enterprise-level marketing technology and strategy.

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns for clients

• Creating and optimising digital content across web, email, and social platforms
• Assisting with social media planning, publishing, and performance tracking
• Using leading MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Sitecore, and Google tools
• Analysing campaign performance and contributing to data-driven insights and recommendations

You’ll be mentored by industry experts in MarTech, digital experience, and customer engagement, giving you a strong foundation to grow your career in digital marketing and consulting.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is ready to step into a client-focused role and build on their internship experience:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Previous internship or work experience in marketing (campaigns, content, social media preferred)
• Strong interest in AI, digital marketing, customer experience, and technology
• A proactive learner who is curious about tools, data, and trends
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

About the Opportunity

12-month Fixed Term Agreement with potential to go permanent

• Based in our North Sydney office (minimum 3 days per week onsite)
