Are you a recent graduate seeking an exciting career opportunity?

We’d love to talk to people with under three years experience in their most recent higher education field of study. This could be your first career, or a career pivot you’ve made as a mature student later in life.

Program Highlights

Throughout this program you will learn, discover and contribute to our growing organisation by:

  • Completing three rotations across buyer, seller and managed marketplaces
  • Growing within a dynamic team with on the job experience
  • Being mentored by experienced leaders who will work with you to achieve your career goals

This program is designed to challenge and develop your skills across a range of departments and projects. You'll be based in our office in Sydney and part of our O Week orientation designed specially for our Graduates to kick-start your onboarding at eBay and set you up for success. During your 18 months, you will have the opportunity to own projects relating to the business area you are supporting and provide executional support on key initiatives.

Job Requirements!

We don’t believe in posting a long list of requirements for a graduate position. Whilst we value and want to hear about your university results, extracurricular activities and work experience, we also want to hear about your key drivers and motivations for your future career. We are looking for a diverse range of talent and therefore we are open minded to your degree as long as you have a passion for e-commerce and providing an amazing experience for customers. Some of the teams you may work at eBay are marketing, strategy, seller engagement, category growth, buyer promotions and operations.
