Job Description

Our team works at the forefront of Australia’s energy transition, delivering innovative Battery Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar projects across the country.

We’re looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team and gain exposure to a diverse range of renewable energy projects while building a strong foundation in engineering design and project delivery.​

How you’ll make a difference:

  • Support engineers on active projects, assisting with calculations, reports, and drawing reviews​
  • Be involved in entry-level engineering tasks aligned to your skills and development goals​
  • Shadow senior engineers to gain insight into daily project work and best practices​
  • Contribute to general project administration and coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or any related discipline.
  • Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
  • Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
  • Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
