Profile Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
- Proficiency in Xero including invoicing, reconciliation, and accounts management
- Experience with CRM platforms with the ability to learn ServiceMate quickly
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail across all data entry and record keeping tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Reliable and self-directed with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good written English communication skills for internal correspondence and administration
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records within the ServiceMate CRM system
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently across business systems and databases
- Process and organise job bookings, scheduling, and service records within ServiceMate
- Reconcile accounts and process invoices accurately within Xero
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Handle general administrative tasks including document management and file organisation
- Support the team with email correspondence and administrative follow-ups
- Assist with reporting and record keeping to support business operations
- Adapt to additional administrative responsibilities as the role develops over time
