Profile Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency or Communications Role Strong project management and organizational skills
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing Pillars: Paid Media, SEO, Organic Social, and Email Marketing
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across all teams and levels
- Ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Multifamily Housing Experience is a Plus
Core responsibilities:
- Assist 2-3 Account Managers with property onboarding, campaign set up, monthly reporting, and participate in and document internal meetings and client calls ● Ensure deadlines are met and all campaign information is documented accurately and translated from clients to internal teams
- Proactively monitor client KPIs and work with internal team members to identify underperforming campaigns and provide recommendations
- Assist with monthly campaign reporting by generating reports, checking for data accuracy and providing insights to Account Managers
- Support Account Managers with client outreach and follow up. Continually look for ways to strengthen client-agency relationships
- Develop and maintain full understanding of the market, products/services and digital strategy Deliver frequent updates to Account Managers on campaign status, performance and internal deadlines, owning projects from beginning to end
- Collaborate selflessly with other departments to provide the best client experience
