About the role

As the Account Coordinator, you’ll be joining a positive, enthusiastic and fun (even if we do say so ourselves) team, who always strive to be better and win! You will support the team on a daily basis and be required to build and maintain trusted relationships with the team and our clients.

What you will be doing

  • Draft Competition Terms & Conditions
  • Conduct Competition Draws 
  • Daily Entry reporting  
  • Competition Judging 
  • Winner Notification 
  • Prize Fulfilment & Delivery 
  • Join Team Briefings & Planning Sessions 
  • Participate in client brainstorms and ideation sessions

What you'll need to bring? 

  • Experience in customer service 
  • A genuine curiosity and interest the competitions space 
  • An attitude that thrives on creating relationships and working with others 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
