As we expand our ANZ presence, we're looking for a driven Account Executive based in Melbourne or Sydney to open new markets, serve clients across Australia and Asia-Pacific, and champion global employment solutions for businesses ready to scale beyond borders.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You'll carry your own book, run full sales cycles, and be the person clients trust when they're ready to take their workforce global, with Australia as your home base and the ANZ and APAC region as your arena.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Own your book. Own your book.Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive new logo acquisition, retention, and long-term growth across ANZ and Asia-Pacific markets.

  • Prospect with purpose. Prospect with purpose.Leverage outbound campaigns, partner networks, and your existing relationships across ANZ to uncover and close opportunities, with a focus on Australian and New Zealand businesses expanding their global workforce.

  • Deliver results. Deliver results.Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate, proactive forecasting and pipeline hygiene.

  • Lead with insight. Lead with insight. Build deep expertise in Pebl's platform, the ANZ employment landscape, and the compliance and HR considerations relevant to Australian businesses expanding internationally; including Fair Work Act obligations, superannuation, and cross-border employment complexities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and regional Leadership to maximize account impact and ensure seamless client experiences across ANZ and APAC time zones.

  • Influence the business. Influence the business.Share client insights and ANZ market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy and keep Pebl ahead of the curve across Australia and the wider region.

Let’s Connect If You Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS or EOR sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments with consistent quota attainment.

  • Must be based in Melbourne or Sydney and hold the right to work in Australia (Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid work visa).

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with quantifiable results.

  • Consultative, strategic selling approach, you diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly translate complex global employment concepts into clear, compelling client solutions.

  • Demonstrated comfort working across cultures, regions, and time zones, particularly within ANZ and Asia-Pacific.

  • Resilience and ownership mindset, you take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.

  • Willingness to travel within the region (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated performance and impact matter most.

Compensation for our GTM roles is flexible and determined based on level, experience, and market data informed by the Radford Global Compensation Survey — ensuring every offer is both competitive and reflective of what you bring to the table.
