About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Organisations across Australia are investing heavily in their data foundations today, knowing that the businesses who get their data right now will be the ones that win with AI tomorrow.
Salesforce Data Cloud exists to help our customers through their AI transformation,  and it's become the fastest-growing organic product in Salesforce history for a reason.
We're looking for a D360 Specialist Account Executive to join our Commercial team in Sydney and help Australia's most ambitious organisations turn fragmented data into a lasting competitive advantage.
This is more than a specialist sales role. It's a front-row seat to one of the most significant technology shifts of our time,  and a chance to help shape how Australian businesses realise the full potential of AI.
Why This Role Is Different
  • Be at the centre of the AI revolution
  • Data Cloud is the foundation for how customers power Agentforce, unify customer data and unlock trusted AI. Every AI conversation in the market runs through what we're building.
  • Represent Salesforce's fastest-growing product
  • You're not selling a mature product in a crowded space. You're at the leading edge of a strategic growth category that is actively defining Salesforce's future direction.
  • Work with Australia's most forward-thinking organisations
  • Partner with executive and technical leaders across industries as they modernise their data strategies, transform customer experiences and prepare for an AI-first future.

The Opportunity
As organisations race to develop their AI strategies, they face a common challenge: fragmented data, siloed systems and no clear path from where they are today to where AI can take them.
That's where you come in.
Working alongside Salesforce Account Executives as a trusted specialist, you'll help customers understand what's possible with Data Cloud, Agentforce and the broader Salesforce platform , and build compelling visions for what's next. You'll move fluidly between executive suites and technical teams, translating sophisticated architecture into commercially relevant outcomes that land.
For sales professionals who are passionate about data, analytics and AI, there are very few roles in the Australian market that offer this level of exposure, impact and growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
  • Lead high-impact conversations with business and technical stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities, challenges and growth opportunities
  • Help organisations define how unified customer data can unlock AI, automation and improved customer experiences
  • Develop compelling points of view that connect Data Cloud's capabilities to measurable business outcomes
  • Bring together Salesforce products , including Data Cloud, Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, into a cohesive customer vision
  • Guide customers through complex buying journeys by building consensus across technical, operational and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate across the Salesforce ecosystem to deliver a seamless "One Salesforce" experience
  • Position Data Cloud as a strategic enabler of customers' long-term AI and digital transformation goals

What Makes You Successful
You're naturally curious about how technology reshapes business, and you know how to help customers navigate complexity with confidence.
You move comfortably between technical discussions and executive conversations,  translating features and architecture into outcomes, value and strategic advantage.

You'll likely bring experience in:
  • Enterprise or commercial B2B technology sales, particularly in highly technical or solution-based environments
  • Data, analytics, cloud platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), AI or modern data architectures
  • Engaging senior business and technical stakeholders through consultative discovery and solution selling
  • Navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and cross-functional teams
  • Building compelling business cases that connect technology investments to measurable outcomes
  • Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market

Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery is highly valued, as is familiarity with Salesforce technologies and customer engagement platforms.

If your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed, but you believe you can make a significant impact in this role,  we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring
  • A genuine passion for data, analytics and AI
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
  • The ability to connect technical capabilities with real business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative approach and desire to succeed as part of a broader team
  • Confidence operating in fast-moving, high-growth technology environments
