The Role

As an Account Executive based in Jakarta, you’ll play a regional and global role, covering Southeast Asia and occasionally supporting sales in Australia and the US. This position requires flexibility with time zones to engage international clients while also building strong regional pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business across Southeast Asia, with occasional alignment to AUS and US markets.

  • Work flexible hours to engage with global customers across time zones.

  • Prospect and qualify leads from multiple regions, building a diverse pipeline.

  • Lead discovery calls, demos, and negotiations tailored to customer needs.

  • Build long-term relationships with IT and business leaders across regions.

  • Collaborate with global sales and customer success teams for account handoffs.

  • Stay updated on both regional and global SaaS/IT market trends.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, ideally with international exposure.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Proven track record of closing deals across multiple markets.

  • Flexible with working hours to align with US/ANZ clients.

  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work across multiple regions.

  • Experience using CRM tools and AI-driven automation to manage time zones and improve productivity.
