  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers across the sector, understanding their priorities, challenges, and regulatory landscape.
  • Working closely with the cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Driving Salesforce adoption by positioning our products to address workforce management, patient engagement, case management, and digital transformation needs.
  • Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and deal closure.

  • Staying informed on Nonprofit sector trends, government funding models, and procurement cycles to anticipate market shifts and opportunities.
  • Representing Salesforce at industry events, conferences, and roundtables to engage with stakeholders and position Salesforce as a strategic partner.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales within Nonprofit, Public Sector or Healthcare sector.
  • Experience selling SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software in a complex, consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Deep knowledge of government procurement processes, tenders, and funding cycles.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping organisations deliver better outcomes through technology.
