Description

Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.

As an EPeep, you’ll work on projects that have a real impact on students' lives and have the freedom, support and resources you need to develop your skills and grow your career.

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive based in NSW to join our team and help grow EP’s presence in the education sector. In this role, you’ll manage a regional portfolio of schools, working to drive adoption of our platform through proactive outreach, meaningful engagement, and showcasing the value EP offers.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue, your success will be measured by pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and meeting sales quotas. You'll play a key part in onboarding new schools and ensuring their ongoing engagement with EP.

What you will do

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Achieve individual sales targets by converting non-purchasing schools into active users of EP’s platform.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase EP’s value to educators and school leaders.
  • Actively manage and update the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and forecasting reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Lead AE to identify opportunities within the addressable market and align with sales strategies.

Customer Engagement and Ongoing Success

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including school leadership and educators.
  • Facilitate regional workshops and brainstorming sessions to help schools integrate EP’s solutions effectively.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the customer success team, supporting high levels of engagement and adoption.

Market and Product Insights

  • Gather and share insights about the local market, customer needs, and competitor activity with the broader team.
  • Provide feedback to the Lead AE and Product & Content Teams to inform the continuous improvement of EP’s offerings.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Partner with professional services teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure successful onboarding.

About you

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B or education-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and rapport with school leaders and educators.
  • Confidence in delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshops.
  • Understanding of the education sector, including trends and challenges faced by schools.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared objectives.
  • Skilled in managing CRM tools and using data to drive decisions and forecasting accuracy.

Equitable opportunities, growth, and development lie at the heart of how we work at EP. We understand that not all applicants may possess all the following attributes so if you think you have what it takes, but are not sure you check every box, we would love to still hear from you!
