Who we areAbout Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

Stripe's Money Management team helps businesses move, store, and manage money at global scale. Our product suite  spanning Connect, Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, and FX gives companies the infrastructure to build programmable fund flows, embed financial services into their platforms, and offer financing to their customers and sellers. In ANZ, we work with some of the region's most sophisticated enterprises and fastest-growing technology companies, helping them solve complex fund flow problems and unlock new financial product opportunities. It's an exciting time to be part of the team: Money Management is one of Stripe's highest-growth product areas and ANZ is a key market in that expansion.

What you’ll do

As one of Stripe's first Money Management Account Executives in ANZ, you'll have the opportunity to build something from the ground up. This is an IC role for someone who is energised by being an early hire  defining how we sell the full Money Management suite in the region, establishing relationships with some of ASEAN's most ambitious companies, and creating the playbook as you go. You'll develop pipeline across multiple high-growth markets and serve as a trusted partner to companies tackling complex financial infrastructure challenges from global platforms routing payouts to local gig workers, to fintechs embedding card issuance and treasury into their products.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full commercial cycle for Stripe's Money Management products  including Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital, and FX  across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts in ANZ
  • Build and execute a territory plan for ANZ, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, expansion within existing accounts, and collaboration with Stripe's partner ecosystem
  • Lead executive-level commercial conversations with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and product leaders  positioning Stripe's Money Management suite as strategic infrastructure for their business
  • Navigate complex, multi-product deal structures in close collaboration with Solutions Architecture, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across ANZ's enterprise and high-growth technology sectors
  • Develop expertise in the ANZ competitive landscape across each Money Management product to win in competitive situations
  • Synthesize customer feedback and market intelligence and bring insights to Stripe's product, marketing, and regional GTM teams to influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Minimum requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience at a technology or fintech company, with a consistent track record of top performance on strategic accounts
  • Demonstrated experience selling payments, financial infrastructure, or fintech products to large enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and lead commercial negotiations, including bespoke deal structures
  • Strong ability to understand technical requirements and communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences
  • Self-starter who can build and manage a pipeline independently and operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Growth mindset with experience in fast moving startups
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience selling across the ANZ market with strong knowledge of the local enterprise technology and fintech landscape
  • Familiarity with money management products such as payouts infrastructure, card issuing, embedded banking, or business lending
  • Background working with or selling to platforms, marketplaces, fintechs, or enterprise technology companies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Legal, and Compliance on technically sophisticated or regulated deals
  • Knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand regulatory environment for payments and financial services
