We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Executive in our Sydney, NSW business.

As an Account Executive - (AE) you’ll qualify inbound leads, conduct demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue through new customer acquisition and will own the sales process for prospects interested in purchasing HSI Donesafe's products and services

OTC

On-Target Commission (OTC): $75,000, with strong upside for top performers including 21% commission on 3+ year subscription deals plus an additional +10% kicker when you hit 110%+ quarterly achievement.


Requirements

Essential Functions 

  • Complete prospect sales consultations set by Business Development Representatives
  • Guide prospect through the consultative sales process from initial consultation to new customer acquisition
  • Execute a Sales Plan for achieving assigned revenue targets
  • Exceed quarterly targets
  • Generate referrals and penetrate accounts vertically and horizontally to maximize sales opportunities across multiple solutions
  • Maintain extremely accurate Salesforce accounts and forecasts
  • High level of competency in proposal preparation, deal structuring, ROI analysis, discovery, deal advancement and closing the sale.
  • Continuously grow your knowledge of products, industry, and competition

  • Grit – The desire and willingness to go beyond expectations to meet goals and objectives and encourages the same in teammates

  • Influence - The ability to bring one’s view across clearly without damaging the relationship with the other party

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS Software 
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding quota in past positions
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com and MS Office Applications.
  • Experience with Health and Safety (Desirable)
