About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Opportunity:

Are you ready to shape the digital future of Australian public service? We are looking for an Enterprise Corporate Sales Account Executive to manage a high-volume portfolio of strategic opportunities within our Government accounts.

Working alongside our most seasoned Senior Leads, you will navigate the unique complexities of the Australian public sector—from machinery-of-government changes to complex procurement frameworks. This isn't a "solo mission"; you’ll be backed by a collaborative ecosystem of pre-sales engineers and internal support designed to help you deliver citizen-centric outcomes while smashing your targets.

Your mission is to drive digital transformation across Australian departments and agencies. You will:

  • Drive Revenue & Impact: Consistently exceed quarterly targets by positioning solutions that solve real-world policy and service delivery challenges.

  • Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute a sophisticated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy tailored to specific Australian portfolios (e.g., Health, Education, or Social Services).

  • End-to-End Pursuit Management: Lead the entire sales lifecycle, including navigating Panel arrangements (e.g., BuyICT), responding to RFPs, and managing complex stakeholder maps.

  • Value-Based Selling: Build compelling business cases and ROI analyses that align with Budget Process requirements and Treasury guidelines.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Orchestrate a "pod" of internal experts—including Sales Engineers and Professional Services—to provide a unified front to the Commonwealth and State entities.

  • Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting to ensure long-term territory growth.

About You

You are a high-performing sales professional who understands that government "selling" is about building long-term trust and solving public problems.

  • The Experience: Ideally you have an extensive track record in enterprise software sales, ideally within the Australian Public Sector or a major global vendor.

  • The Results: You have a proven history of hitting (and exceeding) business targets.

  • Public Sector Fluency: Ideally you understand the nuances of Australian government procurement, including the importance of security compliance (IRAP) and sovereign capability.

  • Executive Credibility: You are comfortable engaging at the SES Band 1/2 or C-Suite level, translating technical features into strategic policy outcomes.

  • Resilience & Tenure: You have a stable career history that demonstrates your ability to see long-term government projects through to completion.

Why Us?

We don’t just sell software; we help the government better serve 26 million Australians. We provide a comprehensive induction tailored to our public sector methodology, ensuring you have the tools, the network, and the technical backing to win.

Ready to lead the next wave of Australian digital innovation? Apply now.
