We're Hiring: Account Manager – Strategic Accounts, ANZ
Location: NSW, QLD or VIC

Travel : 30%

Cardinal Health is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Out of Hospital sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your frontline sales execution skills with internal capability building, ideal for someone who thrives on customer-facing environments driving results and coaching others.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Account Management (70%)

  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share across a defined territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and healthcare stakeholders (clinical and non-clinical).
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, develop annual plans, and manage monthly reporting.
  • Educate customers and partners on Cardinal Health products.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com (SFDC), including pricing, opportunity pipeline, activities, and contacts.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy.
  • Represent Cardinal Health with professionalism, responsiveness, and deep product knowledge.

Commercial Excellence (30%)

  • Act as a SFDC super user, supporting reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training using Richardson Consultative Selling Skills (CSS) framework.
  • Partner with Field Sales Trainers and Marketing to embed consistent sales methodologies.
  • Lead monthly reinforcement sessions and best practice sharing across the sales team.
  • Support integration of sales tools into coaching and performance review processes.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years’ sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and data analysis skills.
  • Relevant degree or clinical background (nursing, dietetics) preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (SFDC), training facilitation/coaching, and healthcare funding pathways (NDIS, Home Care).
