Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established regional territory based in Coffs Harbour.

Your patch covers:
 Coffs Harbour
 South to Macksville
 North to Yamba
 Inland to Dorrigo

This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role where you’ll manage existing accounts while actively growing new business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow an established customer base
  • Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
  • Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits and cold calls
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
  • Monitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
  • Support the branch when required

Qualifications

  • A confident communicator who enjoys being out on the road
  • Strong at building relationships and delivering great customer service
  • Sales-driven and proactive, comfortable with cold calling
  • Self-motivated and resilient, particularly in a regional territory
  • A team player who is happy to pitch in when needed

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Automotive or trade industry exposure (highly regarded, not essential)
