Provide high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives. Responsibilities include complex diary and travel management, correspondence, inbox and priority management, meeting and event coordination, executive reporting, stakeholder liaison, confidential information handling, onboarding and offboarding support, governance administration, compliance tracking, and team engagement initiatives.

Lead the national sales function for Bapcor’s Commercial Vehicle Group, developing sales strategy, driving profitable revenue growth, managing national customer relationships, and leading geographically dispersed sales teams. The role also oversees sales transformation, e-Max integration, KPI development, stakeholder alignment, and collaboration across operations, category, inventory, branches, and product teams. The leader will build a high-performance culture, develop emerging leaders, and support the future operating model.

Leads Bapcor’s national Credit and Accounts Receivable function, managing a large team and driving credit strategy, collections, risk mitigation, working capital improvement, financial controls, reporting, process standardization, and shared-services transformation across multiple business units and ERP systems. Partners with finance and operational leaders to improve customer credit management, strengthen governance, prevent fraud, and support business growth.

Support Category Managers by ensuring accurate item setup, pricing and promotions across systems. Maintain product and pricing data integrity, prepare reports and dashboards, coordinate stakeholders, handle supplier and store queries, identify and resolve data issues, and drive process improvements to enable seamless category execution.

Support month-end close, journals and reconciliations; produce financial and sales reporting; analyse performance vs budget; maintain controls (BAS, fixed assets, intercompany); manage customer rebate calculations; assist budgeting, forecasting and audits; and drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.

Design, implement, and operate security controls across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and on‑prem infrastructure. Monitor and respond to threats using CrowdStrike, manage email security with Mimecast, lead incident response, maintain baselines and hardening standards, support cloud/application security (WAF/Zero Trust), secure hybrid identity, and drive automation using PowerShell/Bash and DevSecOps practices.

Design and develop training materials, eLearning, SOPs and operational guides for store and support teams. Partner with SMEs and leaders to translate processes into clear learning content, support projects and system changes, maintain governance/version control, review training effectiveness and enhance visual merchandise and operational standards.

Support category growth and profitability by assisting with product ranging, supplier management, pricing, inventory decisions, branch support, competitor analysis, and monthly performance reporting. Work closely with Segment Manager, Distribution Centres and Marketing to drive range reviews, stock recommendations and promotional initiatives.

Maintain and improve catalogue accuracy for Japanese truck parts: catalogue new models, update listings using EPC systems, manage data in MoPro ERP and website platforms, review supersessions, support branches with technical enquiries, prepare updates and communications, and analyse VOR/product data to prioritise cataloguing work.

Own end-to-end commercial performance for spare parts categories: set range and pricing, run promotions, manage suppliers and rebates, optimise inventory and clear slow stock, analyse market trends, and collaborate with marketing, stores and franchise networks to drive sales and margin.

Coordinate and oversee Bapcor's ESG governance framework, regulatory and sustainability reporting (including ASRS/AASB S2), assurance and audit activities, and cross-functional ESG programs. Act as central coordinator across Legal, Finance, Risk, People & Culture and other teams, monitor ESG metrics and data governance, prepare materials for Board and committees, and recommend governance improvements aligned to emerging regulations.

Create and manage production-ready packaging artwork for private-label brands, ensuring shelf impact, APCO sustainability compliance, and collaboration with merchandise, marketing and suppliers. Maintain brand style guides, manage DAM assets, and deliver designs on deadline.

Own end-to-end category performance by developing and executing range, pricing, promotions and supplier strategies. Drive sales, margin, inventory and availability targets, lead SKU optimisation and product lifecycle management, negotiate with suppliers, analyse market and performance data, and partner cross-functionally to ensure execution and supply continuity.

Hands-on warehouse role receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately. Support stock control, cycle counts, load/unload deliveries, maintain organisation and safety, and collaborate with the branch team.

Manage and grow an established customer territory across Melbourne North/North West through regular visits, account management, prospecting new business, executing territory plans, maintaining pipeline and customer records, collaborating with branch teams, and supporting promotions to achieve sales targets.
