Design, implement, and operate security controls across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and on‑prem infrastructure. Monitor and respond to threats using CrowdStrike, manage email security with Mimecast, lead incident response, maintain baselines and hardening standards, support cloud/application security (WAF/Zero Trust), secure hybrid identity, and drive automation using PowerShell/Bash and DevSecOps practices.

Design and develop training materials, eLearning, SOPs and operational guides for store and support teams.
