Your Mission 🚀

As Account Manager, your role is to grow and retain a portfolio of customers through increased feature adoption and revenue growth. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a proactive communicator, and an energetic advocate for PropertyMe—ensuring your customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing 🏢

  • Proactively manage your portfolio of customers to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities 
  • Surpass weekly outreach and connection targets (calls, meetings, emails) 
  • Be a PropertyMe champion—confidently communicating our value to business owners and their teams 
  • Use Salesforce to capture account activity and track pipeline opportunities 
  • Analyse usage and engagement data to surface trends, drive feature usage, and deliver value 
  • Report customer feedback and insights to help shape our product and service delivery 
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements 

What You Bring 🌟

  • 2+ years of account management experience (PropTech/SaaS or real estate a strong advantage) 
  • A passion for tech and the role it plays in property management success 
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and adapt across stakeholders 
  • Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and commercial acumen 
  • Data-literate, comfortable using insights to make smart decisions 
  • Customer-first approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed 
  • Collaborative mindset—you work well with others and thrive in a team environment
