What will you be doing?

You will lead a portfolio of quick service restaurant clients, partnering closely with them to unlock growth through data‑driven insights. By transforming complex data into meaningful stories, you will help clients refine strategy, accelerate performance, and strengthen their competitive position in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with clients to shape their biggest business challenges into smart, data‑driven solutions that accelerate growth
  • Solve analytical briefs by blending multiple data sources, including consumer panel data, to surface clear, actionable recommendations
  • Bring insights to life through compelling storytelling that moves beyond the numbers and illuminates strategic opportunities
  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business, spotting natural opportunities to introduce new products and services
  • Own and lead contract negotiations while driving sustained revenue growth
  • Design and deliver growth plans that expand and strengthen existing client partnerships
  • Champion exceptional client experiences through consistent delivery, proactive relationship management, and trusted advisory support

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in client services, insights or account management — QSR/foodservice experience is a plus
  • Proven expertise in consumer panel research, with the ability to analyse quantitative data and extract meaningful insights
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions
  • Confident presenter, capable of delivering engaging and value-driven presentations to clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Commercially savvy, with a track record of managing accounts, driving revenue, and building long-term client relationships
  • Skilled relationship builder, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
