At Team Global Express, we’re looking for an Account Manager who understands the complexity of freight and intermodal transport and knows how to turn it into a commercial advantage for customers.

This is a relationship-led role focused on managing key freight accounts while uncovering new opportunities across road, rail, and integrated logistics solutions. You’ll work with customers who rely on reliable, scalable transport networks — and you’ll play a key role in delivering them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic freight and intermodal accounts

  • Increase share of wallet through tailored, multimodal transport solutions

  • Develop account growth plans, service strategies, and lead regular business reviews

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across logistics, supply chain, and procurement

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key freight corridors

  • Partner with internal operational and network teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  • Drive performance against revenue, margin, and service outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in freight, intermodal, or transport logistics account management

  • Strong track record managing complex, enterprise-level customers

  • Deep understanding of supply chains, linehaul, and multimodal networks

  • Commercial strength across pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements

  • Ability to influence stakeholders from operations through to executive level

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering practical, scalable outcomes

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

  • Valid Driver’s License
