This role involves developing new business opportunities in energy saving solutions, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating project progress while meeting sales objectives.
What you will do
This person will join the sales team in Hong Kong that provides our clients with the RCx/Energy Saving Solutions. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements on the ESG/Green Building standards.
How you will do it
- Explore and develop new customer base with such Facilities Management, Property Developer, Banks, Schools, etc.
- Grow Green/Energy Saving business, meet and exceed sales plan
- Provide professional best fit Energy Saving Solutions to our client to facilitate environmental friendly systems
- Maintain a partnership relationship with customers for the best service and products
- Participate in sales team for pre-sales activities and design technical solution for various system
- Coordinate and monitor the project progress with different department and contractors
What we look for
Required
Degree holder or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- With minimum 5 years sales experience with a good proven track record in selling RCs/Energy Audit Solutions
- Excellent negotiation and sales planning technique
- Experience in selling solutions that meet clients' standard in ESG/Green Buildings
- Good in project planning, communication and leadership skills and able to meet tight deadline
- Positive, passionate and supportive attitude
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent writing skill and submit report or document timely
- Able to handle and solve problems independently
- Highly adaptable and result driven
- Highly commercial and entrepreneurial
- Self motivated with strong initiative to meet and exceed sales plan
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager, Enterprise Solutions
Preferred
- Experience in building service / engineering related industry would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
