As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers realize the transformative potential of AI, Security, Data, and Cloud technologies to achieve their business objectives.

Working in partnership with an Enterprise Account Executive and a broad virtual team of technical specialists, partners, and industry experts, you will build trusted relationships with technology and business leaders across your customer portfolio. You will bring together business insight, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to shape technology strategies, drive innovation, and accelerate AI adoption.

This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes, lead meaningful customer conversations, and help organizations navigate their digital transformation journey while contributing to Microsoft's continued growth and customer success.


Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business priorities, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategies to align Microsoft solutions with desired business outcomes.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technology and business decision-makers, helping customers create and execute their AI and digital transformation vision.
  • Lead strategic discussions across AI, Data, Cloud, Migration, and Security solution areas, connecting technology investments to customer goals and outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through technology-led opportunities, including collaboration with Microsoft partners and customer adoption of Microsoft solutions.
  • Collaborate across Microsoft and partner ecosystem teams to design innovative, scalable architectures that address customer needs.
  • Apply industry expertise and market knowledge to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop tailored technology strategies.
  • Deliver executive-level technology and industry briefings that provide insights into emerging trends, innovation opportunities, and best practices.
  • Support customer capability development through technical enablement plans, readiness programs, and adoption initiatives that maximize impact and value realization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers to develop technology strategies and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in one or more technology domains such as AI, Cloud, Security, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, or Digital Transformation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across diverse stakeholders to achieve shared customer and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with senior technology leaders, including CIO, CTO, CISO, or equivalent executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data modernization strategies within large enterprise environments.
  • Experience developing and executing account or technology strategies that drive customer adoption and growth.
  • Industry expertise in one or more sectors, with the ability to connect market trends to business and technology opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
