The Activations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation planning, delivery and reporting across their clients, as well as heavily assisting the client teams with quarterly business reviews, product development, and assistance with new business across channels. This role must ensure the performance of all client accounts within their team and that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them. The Activations Manager will be responsible for the overall quality of the response to brief, define campaign KPI’s and measurement of the campaign alongside the delivery and presentation of all reporting requests including the post campaign report.

Responsibility

Campaign Planning, Management & Delivery

  • Campaign Planning, Management & Deliver
  • Managing a portfolio of clients across digital channels, ensuring that all are performing & pacing optimally.
  • Setup campaigns to succeed from day 1. Use critical thinking & analytical skills to analyse complex data sets to make decisions to beat client goals.
  • Troubleshoot campaign challenges. Implementing campaign optimisations within the DSPs/ad platforms/direct buying channels.
  • Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, Ad servers & Attribution, Brand safety etc. Experience/knowledge of DV360, Trade Desk and Facebook is essential.
  • Client reporting & optimization commentary.
  • Delivery & incremental forecasting.

Project Management

  • Provide avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns.
  • Partnering with the other members of the activations team to enhance internal tools & processes.
  • Feedback & test new Trading products to help drive future enhancements

Internal + External Collaboration & Communication

  • Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships, and working across differences to find solutions.
  • Building great relationships with the sales & account management team on your commercial pod
  • Working with other commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions.
  • Explaining strategy & optimizations to internal & external partners
  • Building great relationships with key clients as point of contact for activations, optimisations and reporting

The salary range for this role is $85,000- $95,000 inclusive of superannuation
