Develop brand and communications strategies by uncovering consumer, cultural, category, and commercial insights. Challenge briefs, identify distinctive creative opportunities, build client trust, partner with account and creative teams, and lead strategic thinking. Present complex ideas clearly, support recommendations with research and analytics, contribute to effectiveness reporting, and proactively guide strategy across the agency and Havas Village.

Owns enterprise client portfolios across technical SEO, content strategy, AI search visibility, structured data, reporting, and client communication. Leads Havas Media’s AI visibility practice by developing GEO methodologies, audit frameworks, content standards, zero-click strategies, platform tooling, and reporting templates. Trains the wider team, supports new-business pitches, builds AI-assisted automations, and contributes to thought leadership on AI search.

Lead a portfolio of client accounts delivering earned-first communications campaigns, provide senior strategic counsel, grow accounts and new business, manage financials and resourcing, mentor team members, and champion agency culture and cross-functional integrated solutions.

Implement and execute paid search and social campaigns across platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, TikTok). Support the Performance Manager, obtain/maintain platform certifications, manage client communications, set expectations, share knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client performance objectives.
