About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CASUAL Contact Centre Administrator to join our Customer Service Division, based at our Head Office in Belrose on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

  • Days of work – Wednesday/Thursday/Friday each week for 6 months (potential to extend)

  • Reporting to the Administration Manager

  • Responsible for handling calls and emails, processing incident requests, and providing essential support to both the Contact Centre and wider Administration teams

This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally while engaging with customers and colleagues across the business.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer Contact Centre calls and emails

  • Create, process, and update incident requests

  • Provide general administration and reporting support

  • Process Repair Centre repair forms

  • Assist with weekly/monthly incident reports when required

  • Escalate Priority 1 service issues promptly

  • Update incident details in customer portals

  • Use multiple ERP systems efficiently

  • Liaise with technicians and customers on incident updates and management

About You

You bring a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team and take initiative in managing your responsibilities.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent communication skills – phone, written, and face-to-face

  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively within a team

  • Experience using multiple ERP systems (desirable)
