About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Affiliates Manager to build and drive our lead affiliate partnership program. Sitting within our high-performing Growth team, you’ll report to the Performance Manager and work cross-functionally with Growth, Partner Product, Content and Creative teams to scale Lendi Group’s customer acquisition strategy for our Aussie and Lendi brands.


You’ll own and grow our affiliate program, leveraging the Impact platform, to maximise performance, CPAs and ROi. This is a unique opportunity to build strong partnerships, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes aligned with our marketing objectives and helping Aussies buy and own property.

Job Description

  • Manage and scale affiliate partnerships through Impact.com
  • Develop and execute data-driven affiliate marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop and launch new incentives and programs to drive acquisition
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new affiliates that align with our brand and growth objectives.
  • Monitor and optimise affiliate performance to improve ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Performance, Analytics, Brand, Partners) to create integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with affiliates to develop engaging promotions, offers, and content.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting for affiliate programs.
  • Provide regular insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing affiliate programs, ideally with Impact.com or other platforms like Commission Factory, Partnerize and Awin.
  • Proven ability to scale partnerships and drive measurable results in lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience working across multiple digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic) is a plus.
