About the Role

Are you passionate about helping organisations unlock the power of AI to transform the way work gets done?

As an AI Transformation & Enablement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, shaping and delivering AI-enabled business transformation opportunities across LexisNexis APAC. This is a newly created role designed to embed within business functions, partner closely with leaders and teams, and drive meaningful improvements through AI, process redesign and innovation.

Working across areas such as Content, Go-To-Market, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, you'll gain unique exposure to strategic priorities across the business while helping teams rethink processes, improve productivity and accelerate adoption of AI-powered solutions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who combines business transformation expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies.

What You'll Be DoingIdentify AI Transformation Opportunities
  • Partner with leaders and teams across multiple business functions to understand priorities, challenges and opportunities.

  • Analyse end-to-end workflows, processes and operating models to identify opportunities for AI augmentation, automation or redesign.

  • Facilitate discovery workshops and process assessments.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of AI transformation opportunities across APAC.

  • Evaluate use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk and complexity.

Drive Business Transformation
  • Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

  • Develop business cases, value hypotheses and implementation roadmaps.

  • Work closely with technology, data, project delivery and operational teams.

  • Support vendor evaluations and build-versus-buy decisions.

  • Ensure solutions align with governance, security, compliance and risk frameworks.

Lead Change and Enablement
  • Act as an AI ambassador across the organisation.

  • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Challenge traditional ways of working and encourage innovation.

  • Help leaders and teams adopt new processes and technologies.

  • Improve AI literacy and capability across business functions.

Deliver Measurable Outcomes
  • Support implementation activities, pilots and rollouts.

  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks.

  • Monitor adoption, impact and realised business value.

  • Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives across additional teams.

  • Share best practices and reusable approaches across the organisation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly collaborative and comfortable working across a variety of business functions.

You may come from a background in business transformation, consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, business analysis, program delivery or change management.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, digital transformation or consulting initiatives.

  • Strong process design and process architecture capability.

  • Experience analysing and redesigning workflows and operating models.

  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (BPMN) or similar frameworks.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Project, program or change management experience.

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong facilitation, communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Commercially minded with a solution-oriented approach.

  • Self-starter who is motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously.

AI Experience

You do not need to be a software engineer or data scientist.

Instead, we're looking for someone who understands how AI can be applied to business processes and ways of working, with exposure to AI tools and platforms.

Experience identifying real-world AI use cases and driving adoption within business teams will be highly regarded.
