In this role, you’ll deliver smart insight and effective risk management that enables bankers to deliver an exceptional Judo customer experience, contributing to outcomes that genuinely support Australian SMEs.

  • Partner with bankers to deliver smart credit insight and risk management that enables exceptional SME customer outcomes
  • Support the ongoing care and growth of customer portfolios, balancing strong relationships with sound risk judgement
  • Assess customer risk by reviewing character, capacity, capital, collateral and overall needs
  • Conduct credit analysis, including reviewing loan and credit applications, running credit reports, assessing loan extensions and renewals, identifying risks, completing borrowing base analyses and preparing collateral reports
  • Present clear and concise insights that enable confident, timely decisions and support Judo’s speed to market
  • Take accountability for compliance, annual reviews and documentation, ensuring Judo’s regulatory obligations are met
  • Actively contribute to improving how we work, sharing ideas that enhance systems, processes and the customer value proposition

Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in banking, financial services or professional services in a similar role
  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or a related discipline
  • Strong financial acumen and sound financial management skills
  • High levels of digital literacy and confidence working across systems
  • Well developed investigative, analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Australian working rights
