  • Help guide innovation and operational improvements, contributing ideas that improve workflows and enhance data quality, automation and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

You don't need to meet every requirement to apply. We welcome people with diverse skills, backgrounds and experiences.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Around 2–4 years of experience working with data
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • 2+ years of experience using tools such as SQL and Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, AWS)
  • Curiosity and interest to learn tools like Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain insights in an approachable way
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort taking ownership of tasks
