As our Field Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing our Nalco Water Heavy/Mining operations across ANZ. In this senior position, your role will be to deliver profitable growth, customer value, innovation and service excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and management for our operations across ANZ.

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, with a core emphasis on people development, including hiring, succession planning, and training.

  • Drive best practices, innovation, and total value delivered to customers, while ensuring growth and sales planning.

  • Monitor and take full accountability for sales and profit.

  • Collaborate with the Nalco Water Heavy/Mining Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive strategic initiatives that align with company goals.

Our ideal candidate may have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the water or related industry.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

  • Experience in managing and motivating a team towards achieving business objectives.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • The ability to travel with overnight stays
