As our Field Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing our Nalco Water Heavy/Mining operations across ANZ. In this senior position, your role will be to deliver profitable growth, customer value, innovation and service excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and management for our operations across ANZ.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.

Foster strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, with a core emphasis on people development, including hiring, succession planning, and training.

Drive best practices, innovation, and total value delivered to customers, while ensuring growth and sales planning.

Monitor and take full accountability for sales and profit.

Collaborate with the Nalco Water Heavy/Mining Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
Our ideal candidate may have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the water or related industry.

Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Experience in managing and motivating a team towards achieving business objectives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ability to travel with overnight stays
