Lead APAC compensation strategy and localize total rewards programs across multiple countries. Manage regional salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity analysis, compliance, and incentive plans. Partner with local HR and global Total Rewards to implement programs, support head office and frontline populations, and run annual compensation cycles while influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Regional Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the regional subject matter expert for all Compensation initiatives across APAC.
- Partner with local HR teams and business leaders to localize and implement compensation and benefits programs that are both globally aligned and locally relevant.
- Provide C&B guidance for both head office and front-line populations across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with global Total Rewards and HR leadership to ensure consistency in compensation philosophy and benefits design.
Compensation:
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking for office and front-of-house roles across APAC markets using salary surveys and market data.
- Design and maintain regional salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans tailored to varying labor markets and job families.
- Conduct pay equity analysis and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and internal governance.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
- Prior experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is a strong plus, especially with exposure to both corporate and frontline workforce dynamics.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and annual cycles (e.g., salary review, benefits renewals) with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence senior leaders and work effectively across cultural and functional boundaries.
