Drive and execute regional culture initiatives by translating values into actionable behaviors, materials, and toolkits. Coordinate rollouts with country teams, create internal content and onboarding materials, collect feedback through surveys/pulses, track progress, and recommend improvements to ensure consistent, scalable culture adoption across markets.

Manage APAC corporate secretarial functions, schedule and run board meetings, maintain statutory filings, prepare and review legal documents and templates, liaise with external counsel and service providers, manage legal spend and purchase orders, support drafting and training materials, maintain calendars, and perform general legal administration.

Manage APAC communications and public affairs: draft and localize press materials, coordinate regional PR calendars and media outreach, support launches and events, monitor/report performance, assist issue management and government relations, coordinate stakeholder mapping, and travel to markets as required.

Plan, execute, and optimize in-app cross-market campaigns across APAC. Coordinate with product, design, marketing, BI and local teams, monitor participation/conversion/retention metrics, generate performance reports, gather user feedback, and manage budgets and resources to improve campaign outcomes.

Lead end-to-end regional L&D for APAC: design strategy and framework, diagnose capability gaps, build leadership and functional programs, manage vendors, deliver workshops and train-the-trainer models, localize rollouts, and embed culture and capability across countries to support rapid expansion.

Lead supply chain product strategy by evaluating current operations, designing integrated network and process solutions, and defining PRDs and roadmaps. Drive continuous improvement, implement supply chain tools and mid-platform products, and collaborate with finance and operations to integrate business and financial systems.

Support APAC supply chain month-end close, manage billing/contract governance with 3PLs and vendors, coordinate claims and recoveries, maintain landed cost and cost-to-serve views, and liaise with market and HQ stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve cost visibility.

Lead global customs compliance and government relations for supply chain operations. Oversee customs documentation, tariff classification, duty management, and risk mitigation. Monitor regulatory changes, liaise with authorities, and build stakeholder relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally to align procedures, educate teams, and drive continuous process improvements and technology adoption to streamline customs clearance.

Prepare monthly APAC P&L consolidation, track and analyze regional G&A expenses, explain variances, coordinate with country finance teams and HQ, support budgeting/forecasting, and improve reporting processes.

Perform creative design tasks including concept development, visual assets, layouts, and revisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet branding and project requirements and deliver polished design deliverables on schedule.

Plan and execute in-store and local marketing for store openings and ongoing operations: design menu boards and POS, manage merchandising and budgets, coordinate agencies and landlords, analyze campaign performance, support new product trials and consumer research to inform product development.

Support brand and creative execution by creating and adapting visual assets for digital and offline channels, assisting campaign artwork resizing and localization, preparing in‑store and print‑ready materials, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver assets on time.

Lead master franchising strategy and partner selection for new market entry. Structure and negotiate master franchise agreements, conduct market feasibility and financial modeling, define market entry roadmaps with KPIs, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, onboard and enable franchisees, and monitor compliance and performance while advising senior leadership.

Lead APAC tax compliance, audit defense, and risk management with primary focus on Singapore. Oversee tax filings (GST, corporate, withholding), audit responses, cross-border tax advisory, SOPs, internal reviews, and digitalization of tax workflows. Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, legal and external advisors to ensure compliance across retail, supply chain, and digital platforms.

Support end-to-end coordination and localization of APAC marketing campaigns: manage timelines and assets, liaise with local and regional teams, track performance with Excel, gather market feedback, contribute ideas, and own small campaign workstreams.

Lead APAC DTC user growth by designing localized acquisition, activation, and retention strategies, scaling successful playbooks across markets, running A/B tests and dashboards, and managing cross-functional and country teams to meet MAU targets.

Lead regional operations by developing and implementing operational strategies, managing daily project operations (personnel, budgets, processes), coordinating across departments, driving efficiency improvements, advising on strategic decisions, and monitoring industry trends. Role includes regional travel.

Design and optimize membership tiers, benefits, and point systems for SEA. Drive member acquisition, retention, repurchase, and churn prevention with data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and growth-hacking. Localize for SEA and integrate online membership benefits with offline retail (OMO) to maximize customer lifetime value.

Develop and execute APAC employer branding strategy; create multimedia content and campaigns for social platforms; manage careers page; run employee advocacy and engagement programs; partner with HR/TA/Operations/Marketing; research talent market insights and track campaign ROI.

Support regional PR campaigns and media outreach: research, press materials, coverage tracking, stakeholder coordination, content creation, and basic issues/crisis monitoring. Assist senior leadership briefings and day-to-day reporting duties.
