Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the master franchising strategy for entry into new markets
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure high-caliber master franchise partners aligned with long-term brand objectives
  • Lead end-to-end deal structuring and negotiation of master franchise agreements, including territory rights, development schedules, royalty structures, and supply chain frameworks
  • Conduct market feasibility studies, financial modeling, and competitive landscape analysis
  • Define market entry roadmaps and growth plans with clear KPIs and performance milestones
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless market launch
  • Oversee onboarding and enablement of new master franchisees, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor franchisee performance and ensure compliance with development commitments
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with franchise partners
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on market expansion priorities
Role Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in franchising, international expansion, or multi-unit F&B development
  • Proven track record of structuring and negotiating master franchise agreements across international markets
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in franchise economics, P&L management, and investment modeling
  • Deep understanding of royalty structures, development schedules, territorial rights, and supply chain economics
  • Experience entering new markets and building partnerships from early-stage negotiations through launch
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Exceptional cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred
