What is the role 

Mon – Fri, 38 hours a week; hybrid

This role is open for candidates based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Newcastle.

The Growth Marketing Manager (APAC) will own and optimize the customer journey from first engagement through to closed-won opportunities across the Australian market.

Working as part of a global marketing team and reporting to a US manager but also works closely with AU leadership and stakeholders, you'll combine data-driven decision-making with compelling brand storytelling to drive demand generation, improve conversion rates, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Content, Design, and Leadership teams to create high-performing campaigns while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects our brand and values.

The duties and responsibilities of Growth Marketing Manager include but are not limited to the following:

  • Analyze and optimize the full customer acquisition funnel, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and reduce drop-off.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, websites, email campaigns, and paid channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to streamline lead-to-opportunity conversion pathways.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with global brand standards and messaging.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging, human-centric marketing campaigns.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of local and regional events.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, organic traffic, Share of Search, pipeline influence, and campaign performance.
  • Generate actionable insights from platforms such as Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, CRM systems, and behavioral analytics tools.
  • Continuously optimize marketing spend across paid and organic channels to maximize ROI.

Who are we looking for

Successful candidate must possess:

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B technology, IT services, or enterprise environment.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and regional marketing plans.
  • Strong experience across digital marketing, content marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, Google Analytics 4, and behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar or Clarity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer and campaign data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, global stakeholders, and external agency partners.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
  • Able to work autonomously while thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Creative, adaptable, and highly detail oriented.
  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field are desirable
