Why this is an exciting opportunity
We're seeking an API & Integration Support Analyst to help customers and partners successfully integrate with HUB24's platforms. This role combines technical support, partner onboarding, integration delivery and API enablement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while working closely with customers and internal teams.
You will be responsible for supporting API users, troubleshooting integration issues, assisting with partner onboarding, improving documentation and helping drive the adoption of HUB24's API ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Engineering and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless integration experience.
What you’ll be doing
API Support & Troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve API and integration-related issues raised by customers and partners
Analyse API requests, responses, payloads and system logs to identify root causes
Manage and own API-related escalations through to resolution
Provide recommendations for product and platform improvements based on customer feedback and support trends
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
Support the onboarding of new API partners and integration providers
Assist customers and developers with API implementation and best practices
Deliver training, technical guidance and ongoing support to API consumers
Help improve API adoption and customer experience
Integration Delivery
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support the delivery of new integrations
Assist with API design reviews, testing and release activities
Contribute to integration documentation, standards and onboarding processes
Support API lifecycle management activities
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs and technical documentation
Identify recurring issues and opportunities for automation or process improvement
Monitor API usage, performance and adoption metrics
Contribute to a reliable, secure and scalable API ecosystem
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
Essential
2+ years' experience in API support, integrations, technical consulting or a similar role
Experience working with REST APIs and API troubleshooting
Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
Experience using tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Desirable
Experience supporting or implementing third-party integrations
Exposure to API gateway technologies such as Apigee, Kong or AWS API Gateway
Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting or software development concepts
Experience within financial services, wealth management or fintech
Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
Enjoys solving technical problems and working directly with customers
Has a blend of technical, customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
Interested in API technologies, integrations and developer experience
Wants exposure to both operational support and project-based integration work
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
