We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Administrator to manage and optimise our enterprise applications, with a primary focus on NetSuite and Salesforce. This role will ensure the smooth operation, integration, and administration of multiple platforms including Expensify, Mission Control, MuleSoft, Akoonu, PandaDoc, and Loopio, supporting key business functions across the organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Key accountabilities and responsibilities)
As part of the Applications and Database team, the Application Administrator is responsible for the following:
- Administer, configure, and maintain NetSuite and Salesforce environments, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and customisations.
- Manage and support secondary systems such as Expensify, Mission Control, MuleSoft, Akoonu, PandaDoc, and Loopio.
- Oversee system integrations and data flows between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform regular system health checks, upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure platform reliability and security.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, integrations, processes, and changes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise adoption and effective use of all managed applications.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with vendors and third-party support to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Information Systems or related field (NetSuite certification highly regarded).
- Proven Experience as a Systems Administrator with strong expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce administration.
