DP World is looking for an experienced Application Integration Analyst & Support to join our team on a 12-month contract, supporting business critical applications across the ANZ region.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and operational support, assisting in incident resolution, routine application tasks, and supporting the Lead – Applications Integration in delivering system enhancements and upgrades. You will also ensure applications are used efficiently to maximize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring maximum availability
- Respond to incidents and urgent issues, including after-hours support when required
- Support applications including Oracle Integration, SOA/WLI/OSB, TOMCAT, Navis SN4, CAMCO, and Oracle SQL Reporting
- Perform routine system monitoring, maintenance, and application server management
- Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and configuration across production, test, and DR environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Support functional requirement gathering, solution design, integration, and documentation
- Assist with user acceptance testing, data conversion, and post-implementation support
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related field; ITIL Foundation (desirable)
- 4 years’ experience in application support and operational maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA, TOMCAT, SQL, or similar applications
- Experience with deployments, upgrades, patching, and server administration (Linux/Windows)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and knowledge management
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritisation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork; ability to collaborate with infrastructure and network teams
- Basic understanding of XML, SOAP, or EDI messaging (desirable)
