Provide governance, administration, and coordination support across multiple projects. Maintain project documentation, PMO systems, reporting and dashboards, coordinate meetings and governance activities, engage stakeholders, draft communications, and support continuous improvement of PMO processes to help ensure projects are delivered on time and to standards.

The Procurement Coordinator will evaluate suppliers, oversee procurement activities, manage purchase orders, ensure compliance with policies, and identify process improvements.

Manage and improve Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services across the business; lead M&A migrations; maintain Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Windows 11 SOE; implement identity, access, security and compliance controls; automate tasks with PowerShell; collaborate with IT teams and vendors; maintain documentation and drive platform improvements.

Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments, maintain creditor records, perform journal entries and month-end tasks, support vendor onboarding, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist accountants with reconciliations and ad-hoc invoicing while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Provide end-user IT support at a port terminal, including laptop configuration, desktop and infrastructure troubleshooting, software and mobile device support, incident resolution, system administration, and ITSM processes. Manage high-priority incidents, investigate escalations within SLA, automate repetitive tasks, and participate in a 24x7 after-hours support rotation, including occasional on-site response and work at heights.

Lead the National Workforce Planning team to deliver compliant rostering aligned with enterprise agreements and labour budgets. Manage rostering systems, vendor relationships, system enhancements, outages, and team operations. Drive process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and capability development to support labour operations and minimise operational impact.

Develop and deliver frontline technical training for Container Parks, translate corporate learning frameworks to site-based programs, uplift trainer capability, partner with SMEs and site leaders to close capability gaps, maintain compliant training records, support audits and reporting, and analyse training data to drive continuous improvement.

Deliver terminal infrastructure and equipment projects (electrical upgrades, gate systems, small capital works). Plan and execute projects, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, manage budgets and procurement, ensure safety and compliance, maintain documentation and reporting, and identify and escalate risks.
