Job Title: Sales Specialist

Rate: $960 AUD/month

Shift: Full time; 40 hours/week

ApexCharger is dedicated to delivering top-quality, durable EV chargers along with unparalleled customer support. As we gear up for global expansion, we are seeking a sales-driven individual to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a growing company, this role is for you.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Drive sales through various channels, including e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and our own website.

·         Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, with a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer needs and close sales.

·         Collaborate on product launch campaigns and develop strategies to increase sales and market presence.

·         Manage global sales channels and track stock levels, ensuring timely order placements and preventing out-of-stock scenarios.

·         Assist in managing a global network of suppliers and partners, optimizing the sales process from start to finish.

·         Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and market trends to provide informed sales guidance.

·         Contribute to the maintenance and updating of our Knowledge Base to support the sales process.

 


Requirements

Qualifications:

 

·         Professional-level English skills (minimum C1+), both written and verbal.

·         3+ years of experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within the tech or automotive sector.

·         Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to sales.

·         Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.

·         Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is a significant plus.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

·         A passion for technology and/or the automotive industry is beneficial.

·         Resourceful and proactive in identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
