Job Title:

Architect Data & AI

Job Description

This role is the technical anchor of Concentrix's new business pursuit team—a cross-functional group focused on winning complex, high-value Data & AI engagements. As Pre-Sales Architect, you are the technical lead in the room on every pursuit: responsible for the solution, the technical narrative, and the judgement calls that move a customer conversation to a signed statement of work.
This is a hands-on, externally-facing role. You will consult with customers, design solutions, construct PoCs and demos that directly answer the customer's evaluation question, and write the technical sections of proposals and RFP responses. When a deal closes, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery team inherits a well-understood, well-documented solution—not a collection of slides and assumptions.
You will work as a core member of the cross-functional new business pursuit team alongside account managers, delivery leads, and practice heads. You report to the Director of Engineering—this is a role for someone who sets their own priorities across active pursuits without requiring step-by-step direction.
