Lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide EHS programs that strengthen leadership, culture, capability and organisational performance. Shape the future EHS operating model to support AirTrunk’s global growth, and lead transformation across the business by turning strategy into practical, lasting change.

  • Experience in organisational design, operating model transformation, leadership development or capability building, including developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement and an enterprise mindset, with the ability to prioritise investment, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
  • Confident working with technology, data, digital platforms, AI and emerging technologies; able to communicate complex issues clearly and work effectively across regions and cultures.
