Requires senior finance leadership, rapid-scaling experience, strong stakeholder management, and preferably property, infrastructure, funds management, or private equity-backed company experience.

Manage operations for part of a hyperscale data center site or customer portfolio. Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, construction and installations, compliance, commissioning, customer services, incident response, vendors, inspections, metrics, and minor capital projects. The role ensures uptime, SLA performance, regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and effective emergency response while serving as a primary customer contact.

Leads on-site delivery of high-voltage infrastructure for hyperscale data centre projects.
