Your Impact

At AirTrunk, people power our growth. As a People & Talent Operations Coordinator based in our North Sydney HQ, you’ll support a seamless, inclusive and high‑quality experience for AirTrunkers across the Asia Pacific region.

You’ll play a key role in enabling the employee lifecycle by being the ambassador for systems, data and documentation. Working closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and People & Culture, you’ll help ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency as the business scales.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including system access, background checks and documentation
  • Support recruitment operations through job postings, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence and invoice processing
  • Maintain people systems, records and access levels with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate learning activities, manage training data and support the learning platform
  • Assist with reporting, compliance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Your work will help ensure every candidate and AirTrunker feels supported, informed and valued.

What you’ll bring
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience, ideally within HR, People or Operations
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and confidence working with systems
  • Clear communication skills, professionalism and a strong commitment to confidentiality
