A Snapshot

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail‑driven Capacity Analyst to join our Energy & Land Strategy team. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, you’ll play a key role in shaping how AirTrunk understands and plans for power availability across our operating regions, enabling smarter, faster decision‑making as we grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain real‑time tracking tools and heat maps to monitor power availability in key markets.
  • Analyse grid capacity, transmission constraints, and infrastructure developments to inform site selection and strategy.
  • Provide data‑led insights through scenario modelling, forecasting, and risk assessments.
  • Support grid connection strategies and capacity planning in partnership with the Energy team.
  • Collaborate across strategy, development, and sustainability teams to embed grid intelligence into investment decisions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, utility updates, and major project activity across APAC.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in energy analytics, grid planning, or infrastructure strategy, ideally within data centres, utilities, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or GIS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of electricity markets, grid infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks in APAC.
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
