About the role
Working within the Office of the Executive Director, Strategy and Planning, you will:
- lead the development and continuous improvement of governance, compliance and policy frameworks across The College.
- provide expert governance and compliance advice to support informed decision-making and organisational accountability.
- oversee complaints, incidents, appeals and misconduct matters, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- prepare high-quality reports, briefings and submissions for executive leaders, committees and external stakeholders.
You will drive reviews, audits and assurance activities to strengthen compliance, manage risk and improve organisational performance.

The location
This position will be based at our Parramatta City campus, although travel to other campuses will be required. This position is not available in a fully remote format.
