Job Title:

Associate Director, Partner Alliances – ANZ

Job Description

Build partnerships. Create opportunities. Accelerate growth. This is an opportunity to help build something new.
Sydney, Australia - ANZ Partner & Alliances

Concentrix is establishing a new Partner & Alliances function across ANZ, and we’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Associate Director, Partner Alliances to lead partner led growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact individual contributor sales role for someone who knows how to turn strategic partnerships into revenue. You’ll build joint go-to-market strategies, create and shape opportunities, influence complex deals and work alongside our sales and partner teams to deliver growth through and with our ecosystem.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we work with some of the world’s leading technology companies across Hyperscalers, CCaaS and enterprise platforms.

The opportunity

You’ll own partner strategy and sales execution across an agreed portfolio of strategic partners, identifying where we can create mutual value and turning those relationships into tangible commercial outcomes.

You’ll:

  • Build and execute ANZ partner GTM strategies aligned to Concentrix sales priorities and growth objectives.
  • Create and close revenue opportunities across partner-led, partner-influenced and partner-sourced channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior partner executives and technology leaders, as well as C-suite stakeholders within end-client organisations.
  • Own strategic relationships across selected partners, potentially spanning Hyperscalers, CCaaS and enterprise platforms.
  • Work closely with Concentrix sales, vertical, horizontal and partner teams to identify whitespace, build pipeline and develop winning strategies.
  • Develop joint demand-generation campaigns, events and market activities that create measurable pipeline.
  • Lead commercial discussions and local partner arrangements, working closely with Legal, Finance and Sales.
  • Bring partners into complex pursuits at the right time, ensuring we create differentiated solutions and compelling value propositions.
  • Help ensure partner solutions deliver strong customer outcomes, supporting renewals, expansion and long-term growth.
  • Represent Concentrix and our partners at key industry and partner events.
  • Share market intelligence, partner insights and best practices to strengthen the broader ANZ sales strategy.

What you’ll bring

You’re a technology sales hunter and relationship builder who knows how to make partnerships commercially valuable.

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive and proven experience in partner, channel or alliance sales, ideally within a technology services organisation.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding partner sales targets and delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong experience in consultative, technology led sales, developing win strategies with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrated success selling across multiple technology products and services.
  • Deep understanding of the partner sales lifecycle, including Sell-With, Sell-Through, referrals and re-sell models.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to create mutual wins for clients, partners and Concentrix.
  • The technical credibility to confidently engage in technology conversations with clients and partners, you can sell the solution, not simply bring a solution architect into the room.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across both partner and customer organisations.
  • A self-starter mentality with the energy and drive to build pipeline, create opportunities and make things happen.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across sales, solution, delivery, marketing, legal and finance teams.

Your technology ecosystem experience

Experience working with and selling with or through one or more of these partner ecosystems is highly desirable:

Hyperscalers: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google

CCaaS: Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, NICE

Platforms: Salesforce, SAP, Adobe

You don't need to have sold across every ecosystem — but you need to understand how technology partnerships work and how to turn them into real commercial opportunities.

Why Concentrix?

You’ll join at an exciting point in our partner strategy, with the opportunity to help shape a new APAC Partner & Alliances function rather than stepping into an established playbook.

You’ll have the scale, technology capabilities and global partner ecosystem of Concentrix behind you — with the autonomy to build relationships, develop strategies and pursue opportunities across ANZ.

This is a role for someone who wants to build, influence and win.

Ready to build what’s next?

If you’re a commercially driven partner sales leader who knows how to turn relationships into revenue, we want to hear from you.

Build the partnerships. Create the opportunities. Drive the growth.
