Your Impact:
As Associate Director, Power Capacity Development, you will partner with Energy & Land Strategy leadership, customers, and key industry players to enable AirTrunk’s continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with global technology leaders, utilities, and renewable providers making a meaningful impact on how energy is sourced and used.
What you’ll do
- Develop strategies to leverage generation technologies (e.g. captive, temporary, co-located power)
- Originate and secure power capacity opportunities aligned with growth and sustainability goals
- Build commercial partnerships with IPPs, utilities, and OEMs
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams to integrate power solutions
- Engage with customers to understand and meet energy needs
- Lead strategic projects, business cases, and investor engagement
- Partner across teams on utility and site requirements
- Deliver clear reporting and updates to stakeholders
What you bring
- 10+ years’ experience in power project development, utilities, or energy markets
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including deal structuring and business case development
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead teams and foster inclusive, high-performing environments
- Knowledge of APAC electricity and utility markets
- A proactive mindset with a focus on growth and continuous learning
