The opportunity
As part of the Group Management Reporting team, this role plays a key part in analysing performance data, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business. You will partner closely with divisional FP&A teams and extended Group Finance teams to provide clear and actionable insights.

Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to support Group performance and strategic decision‑making
Analyse financial results and forecasts, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand performance drivers and ensure data accuracy
Liaise with Group Financial Control to finalise the monthly, quarterly and half yearly performance results
Enhance and develop management reporting processes, tools, and documentation frameworks
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and present clear, impactful insights to senior leadership
About you
You are a proactive and analytical professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You have a strong ability to interpret complex data, challenge assumptions, and communicate insights clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key requirements:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with previous exposure to full P&L and the ability to interpret complex financial data
Experience in FP&A is essential (Insurance and financial services background is preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely outputs
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint (Desirable)
Degree in Accounting & Finance is essential
